We are both chemists by profession, with a passion for making great wine. Moving to Tasmania in 1996, we studied viticulture part-time & made our first wines in the Tamar Valley.
Our approach is very hands on, with parcels of only premium fruit, but with minimal winemaking intervention. We do not use a large “industrial style” processes, all of our wines are made in small batches and are given individual attention and nurturing.
